Browser cart
Cart details may be stored in your browser so your plant cart can survive page reloads.
Checkout details
Checkout collects name, phone, optional email, shipping address, gifting details where entered, and cart line items.
Support forms
Contact, corporate gifting, and review forms collect the details you submit so the owner can respond or moderate.
Plant Finder
Plant Finder uses preference answers only. It does not collect payment details, shipping address, or create an order.
Payment secrets do not belong in website forms
Payments run through Razorpay checkout. One Foot Flora does not ask you to enter card numbers, UPI PINs, account credentials, CVV, OTP, or other sensitive payment information into website forms.
Server code verifies Razorpay payment status before an order receipt appears.
Public pages do not publish offline transfer instructions.
Analytics is limited by design
Allowed analytics events may include page category, product slug, price bucket, cart size bucket, Plant Finder preference buckets, and form type submitted.
Disabled by default
Analytics is disabled by default.
Event-level only when enabled
When enabled by environment configuration, only event-level signals are sent.
No personal data in analytics payloads
Analytics payloads must not include personal or order-identifying fields.
Analytics payloads must not include names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, pincodes, order references, receipt tokens, payment IDs, gift notes, or free-text messages.
Public content is moderated before it appears
Moderated before public display
Reviews stay private until moderation approves them for public display.
Verified purchase only when matched
Verified-purchase labels appear only when a review matches a paid order containing the reviewed plant.
Browse imagery is not treated as exact plant proof. Exact proof is shared only after payment and before dispatch.
Some actions open outside the website
Razorpay
Razorpay handles online payment checkout where enabled.
WhatsApp links open outside the website for assisted ordering or support.
Instagram links open outside the website when you choose to visit the One Foot Flora profile.
Your choices
You can ask for help, correction, or deletion of support enquiry details by emailing anuragprtk@gmail.com. Order records may need to be retained for payment, support, and operational accountability.
